Thank you for contacting Amazfit.
Could you please update the app to 2.3.1 and then attempt the following steps? Please note that all these four steps are critical important 🙂
1. Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting and then remove all the devices. To do so, tap on the i icon and tap Forget all the devices.
2. Toggle Bluetooth OFF and ON.
3. Reboot the watch and phone.
4. Log out and then re-open app and try connecting again.
If it still doesn’t work, please take a screenshot of the failed message to help us troubleshot the issue. Thank you!
